Drandruff or remaining hair gel/spray? orr lice??

how do u kno if u have dandruff or theres leftover gel in ur hair? cause i get alot of little white things in my hair after i take a shower, but i shampoo twice, and use alot, and scrub alot too, but i still get white stuff, not necessarily in my scalp tho, more at the top of my hair, but not right in my scalp. anyway, i usually just leave it instead of trying to keep washing it out, cause it never all goes away. i use gel and hairspray alot, but idk. wil this severly damage my hair or cause it to fall out? cause the more times i wash, the more random hair falls (i shed alot anyways) and its a waste of my shampoo and water. so yeah, helppp? also my hair is a little itchy. not like insanely tho, and not the scalp rly. but yeah, could i have lice??

you probably have dry scalp. try Head %26amp; Shoulders dry scalp shampoo. washing more makes it worse. Hairspray makes it worse, gel usually washes away easier. The alcohols in the hairspray dry your hair and scalp plus the contact with the already irritated skin will make the itching worse. You can use a clarifying shampoo or vinegar to get all the build up of spray and gel off your hair. Lice is not white. Nits are white. Lice are a tannish brown color. search it on the web.

IT MIGHT BE GEL, IT MIGHT BE DANDRUFF OR IT MIGHT EVEN BE YOUR SHAMPOO....TRY SWITCHING PRODUCTS AT DIFFERENT TIMES. EX: TRY A DIFFERENT GEL ONE WEEK AND SEE IF THERES A DIFFERENCE IN FLAKES, IF THERE IS THEN YOU KNOW IT WAS YOUR GEL...YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN?

My guess would be just dandruff, and you washing your hair a lot, makes the scalp dry which causes itchiness, and is possibly the reason for more dandruff. Kinda like a cycle.

For that I would say, get a good dandruff shampoo. When you wash, scrub it in, leave it in for two minutes, then wash it out. Shower once daily, and do not repeat the shampooing.
