If you put gel in your hair everyday will that eventually damage your hair? How often do you think hair gel should be used?

Heck yes!! Last year , i used gel every single day and soon my hair began rotting and i had to cut it a little bit.(salon actually) But im so much happier now because know i actually know how to keep my hair healthy and leave it healthy and all.But i guess it also depends on your hair type in a way.Gel is not what i would reccomend on a daily basis.Mousse is much better on your hair because it does not dry it out.Hope this helps!!

when putting gel in your hair everyday it can make a build up and that can lead to dandruff.. wash hair before going to bed when you put gel in.

you dont always have to use gel. find other ways you can do your hair. natural always looks best :)
