Is it true Hair spray or hair gel and damage your hair?

Also is it true if you use both these products every that you can die earlier than you're supposed to?

LOL, no. Styling products, specially hair sprays containing alcohol may dry your hair if theyre not of a good quaility, but actually they damage the ozone a lot much more than what they damage you. Theres no problem, you wont die, chill out.

Some gels have alcohol in them witch drys your hair out,hairspray, I'm not so sure,but They dont make you die early lol

yes it is u have to use the one that will go with your type of hair like i used to use this hair spray it totally damged my hair it got better when i stoped using it and use another product that went with my type of hair treated it, what type hair do u have u can email me and let me know i will probly tell u what is right for your hair i know alot anout it

yes it is cuz also if you use gel eveyday and DONT wash your hair then yes your hairl will fall out but when you goin to go but a gel get a gel thats says on it aloe stuff in ti but its not really healthy for your hair to put gel in it but thats what you can do and spray i wont even mess with the spray stay with an healthy gel

i suggest you use mousse one because it doesn't have so many chemicals and it doest turn white on your hair when ppl touch it or it gets to dry and also because gel and hairspray make your hair fall out ppl might not see it now but later on your hair starts falling out little by little but using gel and hairspray once in a blue moon wont hurt either but suggestion is use mousse

I don't think it's that bad unless u dont wash your hair after always using it. Try ORGANIC products, they're safer/healthier.
