Is there some kind of hair gel that is strong and wont leave hair flaky?

im looking for hair gel that is strong and when messed around with, it wont get flaky. maybe some kind of hair grease?

please tell me the name so i can get it at target or something

i am a hairstylist, go to walmart and get got to be glued in a yellow tube, or if you want to go professional go to philip pelusi and get honey or hair wax. its kind of pricey but it works really well!
