What can I use on my hair that will achieve the same results as hair gel, but won't look as tac

I really am not a hair gel fan. It's too sticky. I want something that's going to allow my hair to move, but still hold my style. Can I mix hair gel and styling cream together to get this kind of result?

I wouldn't recommend mixing...just get a good pomade, or putty, i recommend Alberto's VO5 Reworkable Putty, works better than mousse and it allows you to change your hair style up throughout the day, or just fix your hair. Hope that helps :)

i have to agree with luvhun she is right mouse is the best and it doesn't leave it as tacky as hair gel.oh no don't mix gel with cream the results wont come out good. just try using mousse 4 know.

Use elmers wood glue..It's cheap, and hardens up really great!

mouse... it looks good and usually smells alot better than gel... and its not unhealthy like gel

Some people use mousse which works wonders, but I use this special product that you have to buy from beauty salons called Potion 9, it works GREAT... if not, mousse works good too, leave in conditioner as well.
