I use L.A. 8 and it holds good, but i can smell the gel and so can everyone around me. So is there a hair gel brand i that has no strong odor and can still hold?

All hair gels usually have a bad smell. I don't know if you mean you can still smell it even after it dries when you put it in.

I use L.A. Looks Sport (10+ hold) and I can't smell it unless I'm sweating REALLY bad.

But to answer your question better, try ICE hair gel. It has no bad odor, and has the best grip I've ever experienced.
